The Science of Flourishing Course is an online, self-paced experience that guides you through the science of wellbeing and how to apply it in daily life. You’ll work through 6 modules with 29 videos and 4+ hours of learning, centered on our science-backed pillars of human flourishing: awareness, connection, insight, and purpose. The focus is on building lasting habits (not just knowledge) that help you strengthen emotional resilience, reduce stress, improve relationships, understand yourself, and live with more meaning. It differs from many other courses by combining wellbeing science with practical habit-building, taught by a uniquely-curated group of scientists and wellbeing experts.
